    How do you manage all the smoke? I can't have that much smoke in my small apartment. The big puff of smoke that came out when you opened the door to check the temperature would have set off my smoke detector for sure. I have this oven and would love to use it for chicken wings and thighs, but I know it is gonna smoke out my kitchen.

    When you talk about how large the basket and the appliance is, just use a measuring tape or a ruler. It would be so much more informative to know exactly how many cm/inches the diameter of the basket is, and how long/wide the unit is.

    I have a problem with mine test run they tell you to do empty ,stinked awful made the whole kitchen reek .Had to wipe kitchen down with Lysol and spray air to get it to calm down. Did yours smell ?

    I have watched many videos about this and to be blunt I have never tried to make it because I didn't understand what I was trying to do. You have explained it completely. Thank YOU. I LOve Ghee. It has fixed a lot of stomach problem that I Had. Literally cleared them up in a week. I was amazed. Now I have come to find out that it has been reclassified as a superfood due to an odd chain molecule. c15 fatty acid. Which is probably why it cured my stomach travails. Thanks.again.

    Just a guess, but maybe the wire rack legs rotate to increase stability if the rack is removed and used outside the appliance. Inward legs would be quite instable.

    I went and bought a tin of ghee instead of making some myself. When I opened the tin, it didn't look anything like I expected. It was full of solids instead of being clear. Now I am very confused about what this product should look like. I will now get some unsalted butter and have a go at making it myself. I wonder why the commercial product looked like a tin of sludge?

    i have made ghee several times and it takes me much much longer. last time i stopped it after more than an hour and found out it still wasn't done because there was still water at the bottom om my ghee jar

    The primary point of boiling the butter is to evacuate all the water! One drop remaining will cause the clarified ghee to spoil too soon.

    Are you still here? I’m very curious how your blender lasted. And did you have any problems? Here I am in 2024, just bought one at a thrift store- before I found out it had been recalled in 2023. Have som3 of these blenders lasted - or has the cheap workmanship (rare for Instant company) guaranteed a demise?

    Hi, thank you so much for this video! I came across it a few months ago and watch it every time I make ghee - it’s so helpful! This time however I ran into an issue that I hope you can shed some light on. I made a small batch, 2 sticks of grass fed butter, and within about 5 minutes it got to the point where the foam had disappeared and it was bubbling and starting to brown nicely. Fast forward about 2-3 minutes and the foam had returned, covering the whole surface. It was also no longer bubbling, and when I moved the foam to the side it had gotten so so brown. Obviously I overcooked it, but I’m confused as to why the foam came back, and seemingly stronger than ever. It looked like it had stopped cooking but it was still getting darker and darker with (gasp 😳) burnt bits stuck to the bottom. I’ll probably still eat it though.
